Frequently Asked Questions

+ Do you allow outside caterers?

Yes, we do! You are welcome to hire whoever best fits your budget and style as long as they are licensed and insured. For all-inclusive weddings, your caterer and bartender will be Wild Thyme Catering.

+ When do I have access to the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Loft?

You and your bridal party have full access to the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Loft as early as 9 AM before the ceremony on the day of your event. You may leave your belongings in the locked Suite or Loft for the duration of the event, but all personal items must be collected by the end of your event. For Sunday weddings, access begins at 12 pm.

+ Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, we are! Feel free to include your furry friend in your celebration! They just need to be on a leash the entire time.

+ Do you have a backup plan for rain?

Yes! For those aiming for an outdoor wedding, we have a beautiful and spacious back-up option.

Our indoor ceremony space is fully air-conditioned, has plenty of windows for natural lighting, and a covered drop-off area so that your guests don’t need to walk through the rain.

The decision to move inside can be a day-of decision, so there is no need to make a weather call days in advance.

Having an indoor ceremony space allows you to not have to have your reception room as your backup plan.

+ What is required to reserve the wedding date?

To reserve your date, you must pay a deposit equal to 35% of the package you are selecting. Your next 35% payment will be due 6 months out from your event. The remaining balance will be due 30 days out from your event.

+ Do you allow decorations?

Yes! We welcome decorations such as flowers, lighting and candles. We do not allow any items placed on the building that will cause damage such as taping or nailing into the walls.

If you choose to use candles, we require that they are in containers to prevent damage to our surfaces and linens. We do not permit glitter, rice, birdseed, or confetti on the property.

+ Do you have overnight accommodations?

We do not, but there are plenty of hotels nearby! We recommend Staybridge Suites or Vero Beach Hotel and Spa.
